Brigitte Bavousett, Associate Partner
Brigitte is the nation's first-ever graduate in Sustainability, receiving
her Masters degree from Arizona State University's School of
Sustainability in 2008. Brigitte brings a systems-thinking approach
to consulting in a results-oriented drive towards more sustainable
business practices. Complementing Estrella Partners' diverse
consortium of professionals, Brigitte has thrived under
interdisciplinary training designed to customize sustainability
strategies for the economic, environmental and societal challenges
today's businesses must address. As Founding Director of a 501(c)
3 non-profit international cultural exchange program, Brigitte has a
wealth of domestic and international work experience. Interfacing
with governments and businesses throughout the former Soviet
Union during the early 1990s (as the Iron Curtain came down)
honed Brigitte's skills in bridging cultural differences to negotiate
conflicting interests and achieve constructive results. Recent
consultations include performing a sustainability audit of a Nevada
prison work program, carbon offset program management, and
creating strategic action maps for sustainability back-casting and
green initiative implementation.
