John Blattner, Managing Partner
John obtained his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fielding
Graduate University in 1988. He is an experienced organizational
consultant and licensed clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of
diverse experience in corporate, manufacturing, health care and
clinical settings. He has been working as in independent consultant
since 1995, under the name of PAS International, Inc. He
specializes in executive coaching, organizational assessment,
executive performance and strategic planning for both national and
international organizations. During the past 30 years, John has
assisted individuals and organizations through the change process
and development of their individual and organizational strengths.
He has worked directly with senior executives in helping them
develop their talents and interests professionally. John is a frequent
guest speaker and lecturer for executives regarding career and
personal growth for small and large organizations. He is certified in
several programs including Emotional Intelligence, Organizational
Assessment, Leadership Assessment and Strategic Planning to
name a few. He has provided several workshops and seminars at
all levels of different organizations. In addition, he has worked with
organizations to assist in climate and culture transformation.
