
Denis McFadden, Associate Partner
Dennis has 30 years of senior level experience as a manager and a
consultant. He is skilled at building productive working relationships
with client departments and a proven ability to motivate and work
effectively with teams from diverse global regions. As Global Vice
President at Merrill Lynch, Dennis organized the business continuity
management department for the International Private Client offices.
He recruited and trained headquarters BCM Department staff in
New York, London and Singapore; developed the business
continuity documentation format and helped to establish global
standards for the firm. Under his direction, the department
implemented BCP programs, including Crisis Management /
Incident Response Teams and procedures, for 85 business units
located in 29 countries. As a Senior Manager with KPMG, he was
responsible for the operational planning and management of all
activities and resources during large inter-organizational efforts
staffed by consulting professionals and multiple client departments.
While a Staff Director at Verizon in both the Information Technology
and the Finance & Controllers organizations, he had responsibility
for the design and implementation of financial systems. Dennis has
an MBA from Dowling College, a BS in Economics from State
University of New York, and a Master’s Certificate in Project
Management from George Washington University.
