Retail Banking and Credit Card divisions. Raj has an
extensive experience in developing innovative solutions that
aligned with the business needs. He is a strategic thinker
adept at leading change and promoting collaboration in a very
large and highly federated enterprise. He is a highly analytical
professional driving business value. Raj managed Innovation
Programs at JPMorganChase that contributed $200 million to
bottom line through infrastructure and product innovations. Raj
has launched and managed many IT Strategy and Architecture
projects. His areas of expertise include Business – IT
Alignment, Enterprise Architecture , Innovation Management, IT
Governance, E-Business Strategy, Wireless Solutions,
Systems Integration, Platform Consolidations and Program
Management. Raj was extremely successful in translating his
Enterprise Architecture expertise from Financial Services to
Healthcare industry in launching the Enterprise Architecture
Program at HenrySchein. Raj has an MBA in Banking and
Finance from Adelphi University, NY and an MS in Computer
Science from Watson School of Engineering, Binghamton
